The Oak Barrel Bldg. is a 40,000 SF mid century adaptive reuse building located on Sidco Drive. The design was done by Pfeffer Torode Architecture and the building boasts original thirty foot ceilings all crafted of wood and timber. Perkins Construction performed the extensive shell renovation breathing new light into this blend of history and future. The Oak Barrel Bldg. is home to Kenny & Co. and Paddywax.
